Tax Internship – Transfer Pricing & Consulting

About the role

PwC Mongolia is looking for a motivated Tax Intern to join its Transfer Pricing and Tax Consulting teams. You will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting client projects and gaining hands‑on experience in complex tax matters across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing benchmarking studies and transfer pricing documentation.
• Support translation of transfer pricing reports and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Draft tax memos and advisory notes under supervision.
• Conduct basic research on Mongolian tax laws and international developments.
• Manage administrative tasks such as file organization, data management, and record‑keeping.
• Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional groups to deliver client services.

Required profile

• Third or final‑year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a keen interest in tax advisory and consulting.
• Flexibility, commitment and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mongolian.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
