Client Relationship Management Analyst – Mongolia

About the role

The Analyst supports Visa Mongolia’s key clients through relationship management and business planning, collaborating with cross‑functional colleagues to develop and execute account plans. The role also provides administrative support to the Country Manager and oversees the day‑to‑day operation of corporate facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support account planning and business forecasting, ensuring accurate deal management, revenue projections and pipeline tracking.
• Engage directly with client executives to understand strategic priorities and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Prepare internal and external business review materials, including KPIs, revenue analysis and risk mitigation plans.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients, coordinating meetings, logistics and visitor hosting while ensuring timely approvals.
• Identify process enhancements and use data‑driven insights to improve client relationships and business performance.
• Oversee office service providers, manage meeting rooms, supplies, invoices and payments.
• Assist in tracking and reconciling expense and purchase‑order workflows to ensure timely reporting.
• Manage security access, act as the main contact for facilities and building management, and support the Global Security and Crisis Management teams.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in finance, business planning, operations, consulting or sales.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business management or a related field.
• Fluent in Mongolian and business‑level English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI (or Tableau) and data analytics.
