About the role

The School Project Director will lead the creation and implementation of a new general education school, overseeing strategic planning, curriculum development, financial management, and international partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term strategic plans for the school project.
• Design internal policies and procedures in line with national education laws and standards.
• Guide teaching staff to meet national and international curriculum standards and monitor academic quality.
• Prepare annual budgets, ensure financial efficiency, and control expenditures.
• Communicate with international partners and agencies in English, and collaborate with governmental and non‑governmental education bodies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Education, Teaching, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of senior leadership experience in primary or private education (e.g., Director, Academic Director).
• Deep knowledge of national and international educational standards and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management, strategic planning, and budgeting.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1/C2 level or equivalent).

Required skills

• English language proficiency at C1/C2 or fluent level.
