Supply Chain and Digital Solutions Senior Manager

About the role

World Vision Mongolia is seeking a senior leader to oversee its Supply Chain Management and Digital/ICT functions. Reporting to the National Director, the manager will ensure efficient, compliant delivery of procurement, logistics, and technology services that support the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated supply chain and digital strategies aligned with organisational goals and donor requirements.
• Provide governance and performance oversight for procurement, sourcing, supplier contracts, logistics, inventory, fleet, fixed assets, and ICT services.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and drive innovation across both functions.
• Advise the National Director and senior leadership on risks, performance metrics, investment needs, and policy compliance.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration and build high‑performing teams.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in supply chain management and digital/ICT solutions, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with a focus on compliance and risk management.
