Partner Relationship Manager CFD (Mongolian Speakers)

About the role

The Partner Relationship Manager will drive acquisition, onboarding and growth of CFD partners while ensuring compliance and delivering strategic support. This role is remote with occasional short‑term travel to industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard new partners, and nurture existing relationships.
• Serve as primary contact, resolve issues promptly and support partners in achieving business objectives.
• Ensure partners comply with business, regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create market development strategies.
• Represent the company at expos, conventions, training sessions and seminars.
• Provide strategic insights to help partners grow and meet KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mongolian and English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, partnership management or business development within financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure global environment.
