Mongolian-Speaking Partner Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Partner Relations Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our partners in Mongolia. The role focuses on strategising partnership growth and enhancing product offerings and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement partner retention strategies aligned with company goals.
• Act as the main contact for partners, providing personalised support.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, gather feedback and tailor initiatives.
• Analyse partner behaviour to identify upselling and customisation opportunities.
• Communicate product updates and promotions effectively to partners.
• Share improvement ideas with Business Development teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in partner retention.
• Undertake any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent Mongolian speaker with excellent oral and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target‑oriented, resourceful and able to work autonomously under pressure.
