M&E and Stakeholder Engagement Analyst

About the role

The International Monitoring & Evaluation and Stakeholder Engagement Analyst will support the KOICA‑funded project on gender equality and inclusive governance in Mongolia. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Analyst will coordinate with donors, consultants, government bodies and civil society to ensure effective implementation and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison among donor, consultancy, government institutions and other stakeholders to foster communication and collaboration.
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations, coordination meetings and dialogue processes to strengthen ownership and alignment with project objectives.
• Support implementation of the project’s M&E framework, collect and analyse performance data, track indicators and prepare progress updates and reports.
• Coordinate with the international consultancy and technical partners on monitoring, reporting and learning activities, including workshops and peer‑learning events.
• Design and deliver capacity‑building initiatives on results‑based management, monitoring, reporting and knowledge management.
• Develop and disseminate knowledge products such as case studies, lessons learned and guidance materials.
• Plan and facilitate project events, ensuring gender‑responsive and inclusive participation of women, youth and under‑represented groups.

Required profile

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement and knowledge management within development projects.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners, including government agencies, NGOs and international consultants.
• Strong analytical skills to track results, identify risks and prepare evidence‑based reports.
