About the role

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to define and execute the company’s annual marketing strategy and growth plan. The role will drive brand value, market leadership, and revenue growth through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the yearly marketing strategy and growth roadmap.
• Enhance brand equity, competitive positioning, and market leadership.
• Make marketing decisions focused on revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition.
• Lead digital marketing, CRM, e‑commerce and loyalty programmes.
• Build strategies based on customer data, consumer insights and business analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch integrated campaigns and brand communications.
• Manage and coach the marketing team, overseeing performance management and talent development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or International Business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Proven ability to create brand strategies, business growth plans and commercial marketing strategies.
• Strong decision‑making based on consumer data, market research and business analytics.
• Excellent English communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
