Marketing Team Lead

About the role

The Marketing Team Lead will head the marketing department for the consumer electronics product category at BSB Service LLC, a leading retailer in Mongolia. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ulaanbaatar and focuses on driving sales through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for consumer electronics and IT products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize sales impact.

Required profile

• Proven team management and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within consumer electronics or IT.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
