Legal Advisor / Compliance Officer

About the role

InvesCore Asset Management is seeking a motivated Legal Advisor to support its investment activities and ensure regulatory compliance. Reporting to senior management, you will play a pivotal role in drafting contracts, conducting legal research, and managing fund documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review a variety of legal agreements, including investment contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research on securities and asset‑management regulations to support compliance initiatives.
• Assist due‑diligence teams by identifying and analysing legal risks associated with prospective investments.
• Prepare, review, and maintain investment fund documents such as rules, regulations, and investor agreements.
• Ensure all legal documentation is organized, up‑to‑date, and securely stored in line with internal policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or financial law, preferably within asset management, banking, or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of contract law, securities regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
