About the role
MICS Advisory Group is looking for a dynamic Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships Manager to support its corporate finance and M&A advisory activities. You will work closely with executives, investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners to drive capital raising, deal origination, and investment advisory initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with investors and corporate leaders.
- Support business development and originate new deals.
- Manage investor communications and outreach programs.
- Organize executive events and networking initiatives.
- Conduct market and industry research to inform strategy.
Required profile
- Experience in banking, corporate finance, investment management, investor relations, or business development.
- Excellent English and Mongolian language skills.
- Passion for finance, investments, and business growth.
- Relationship‑oriented and commercially minded.
- Professional and confident communicator.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
