Intern – Tax Reporting and Strategy

About the role

Join the Tax Reporting and Strategy team at PwC Tax TMZ LLC as an intern. You will support client projects, interact with businesses across various industries, and gain hands‑on experience with complex tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax compliance processes, including payroll calculations, personal income tax and social insurance filings, and documentation review.
• Prepare client deliverables such as presentations, training materials, and summaries.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and solutions.
• Manage administrative tasks for client projects, including file organization, data management, and record‑keeping in line with PwC policies.
• Attend client meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
• Liaise with state authorities on client matters when needed.
• Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• Currently in the 3rd or final year of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance and genuine interest in tax, accounting, or consulting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mongolian.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and collaborative approach.
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
