Insurance Broker – Commercial Clients

About the role

Coverhill, a licensed insurance broking firm in Mongolia, is seeking a full‑time Insurance Broker to join its Ulaanbaatar office. You will work directly with commercial clients, helping them understand their risk exposure and designing tailored insurance and reinsurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client information and risk profiles to recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms with insurers, and place policies.
• Manage policy renewals and support the claims process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in insurance brokerage and the ability to advise on coverage solutions.
• Solid understanding of finance principles for risk and premium analysis.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Mongolian; English is a plus.
