ESG and Corporate Partnership Specialist

About the role

World Vision Mongolia is seeking an ESG and Corporate Partnership Specialist to design and implement strategies that align corporate partners’ ESG and CSR priorities with our mission to protect vulnerable children. The role will drive sustainable resource mobilization, enhance donor trust, and position the organization as a leading development partner in Mongolia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ESG‑aligned corporate fundraising strategies and marketing materials to attract private‑sector funding.
• Map corporate ESG and CSR priorities and align them with World Vision Mongolia’s programs, especially the M2M initiative.
• Design and execute annual corporate engagement plans with clear targets, timelines, and impact indicators.
• Identify, research, and cultivate new corporate partners through networking and outreach.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including MoUs and joint initiatives.
• Prepare tailored proposals that demonstrate shared value and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain transparent communication through regular updates, impact reporting, and storytelling.
• Liaise internally to ensure project quality, compliance, and reputation risk management.
• Facilitate cross‑department collaboration to integrate partnership activities across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate partnership development, fundraising, or CSR/ESG engagement.
• Strong understanding of ESG principles and how they intersect with nonprofit objectives.
• Excellent negotiation, proposal writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external corporate partners.
• Commitment to World Vision’s mission and values.
