Regional Business Developer

About the role

Storepay is seeking a Regional Business Developer to join its Ulaanbaatar office and drive the company’s expansion across Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for uncovering growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting market entry initiatives for our interest‑free BNPL solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asian markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, merchants, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform expansion strategies.
• Present Storepay’s solutions and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support market entry and business growth.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation with partners and local vendors.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnership management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market and business data.
• Experience in FinTech, payments, retail, or financial services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English; additional Southeast Asian language skills are advantageous.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and related business tools.
