Customer Service and CRM Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service and CRM Specialist will work on‑site in Ulaanbaatar, providing timely and accurate information to customers about Unitra’s industrial products and services. This role combines front‑line support with CRM data management to help the sales team serve customers more effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, tracking all interactions.
• Support the sales team with accurate customer data and follow‑up actions.
• Resolve issues, process requests and coordinate with logistics and technical teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and report on key metrics.
• Generate basic CRM reports and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Assist in continuous improvement of service processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities.
• Focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, technical and logistics teams.
• Proficiency in the local language(s); working knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within industrial products or related sectors.
