Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to manage a broad range of corporate matters, contract management, and litigation documentation. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with corporate laws across Asian and European jurisdictions while supporting corporate governance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle corporate matters and oversee contract management procedures and documentation.
• Manage litigation documentation and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze matters to ensure compliance with corporate laws during execution.
• Provide support on corporate policies and governance issues.
• Conduct due diligence related to corporate processes, preferably within law firms.

Required profile

• Law degree (or Graduate Diploma in Law) with Legal Practice Course qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate legal matters, contract management, and litigation procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with laws practiced in Asian and European regions (a plus).
• Conscientious, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
