Corporate & Financial Services Lawyer

About the role

InvesCore NBFI JSC is seeking a qualified and motivated Lawyer to join its Legal, Risk and Compliance team. The role provides comprehensive legal support across the company’s operations, with a focus on financial services, lending activities, contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for financial services and lending activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and financing contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and develop related policies.
• Interact with regulatory authorities and represent the company as needed.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare clear legal opinions.
• Communicate complex legal issues in accessible language.
• Support corporate governance and risk management processes.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of corporate, financial and commercial law, preferably with banking, NBFI or securities experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law and bar admission or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in the local language; English proficiency required, Russian an advantage.
• High level of integrity, professional ethics and analytical capability.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ulaanbaatar and manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
