Corporate & Financial Lawyer

About the role

InvesCore NBFI JSC is looking for a qualified Lawyer to join its Legal, Risk and Compliance team. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support for the company’s financial services, lending activities, contracts, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts and loan agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, corporate and commercial regulations.
• Develop and update internal policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards.
• Interact with regulatory authorities and represent the company in compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research, prepare clear legal opinions and communicate complex issues in accessible language.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage multiple legal matters in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of corporate, financial and commercial law, preferably with experience in banking, NBFI or securities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law and bar admission or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the local language; English proficiency required, Russian an advantage.
• High level of integrity, professional ethics and ability to make sound decisions.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ulaanbaatar and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
