About the role

Premier Group LLC is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead the marketing strategy across its luxury retail, bespoke tailoring, beauty, healthcare, and hospitality businesses in Ulaanbaatar. This full‑time, on‑site role will shape brand positioning, drive integrated campaigns, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified marketing vision for all business units.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, setting performance targets and fostering growth.
• Oversee market planning, research, and analysis to inform strategy.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
• Coordinate closely with sales and senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
• Drive digital, experiential, and public‑relations programs to boost brand awareness.
• Maintain premium brand standards and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Extensive senior marketing leadership experience, preferably in luxury, retail, beauty, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Proven track record in brand building, integrated campaigns, and customer experience management.
• Strong strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
