Accountant

About the role

OCHUN Investments is seeking a full‑time Accountant to join its Ulaanbaatar office. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the firm’s investment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare, analyze and present financial reports.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with the investment team on financial strategies.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes.

Required profile

• Proficiency in financial record‑keeping, account reconciliation and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, principles and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Mongolian CPA qualification is a plus.
