Account Leader – Mongolia

About the role

The Account Leader will manage relationships and business strategies for large, complex accounts in Mongolia, driving growth of the company's share of the customer's wallet and achieving sales targets. This role involves strengthening existing relationships, building new ones, and acting as the primary point of contact across all customer levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand business relationships with assigned accounts, understanding their industry terminology, business model, and buying process.
• Identify current and emerging customer needs and create account strategies to grow share and capture new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and implement contracts, handle escalations related to receivables and payment terms.
• Coordinate communication across sales roles and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve results.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets while measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead, mentor, and develop less‑experienced sales staff, setting goals and providing coaching.
• Provide accurate forecasts and reports using company tools and CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, complex accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and execute account strategies.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching sales teams.
• Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting revenue and profit goals.
