Mongolian‑Speaking Partner Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Partner Relations Manager who speaks Mongolian to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our partners. You will strategise to grow and leverage partnerships, enhancing our product offerings and market presence across Mongolia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement partner retention strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners, providing personalised support and fostering loyalty.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, collect feedback and use insights to improve experiences.
• Analyse partner behaviour to identify upselling and customisation opportunities.
• Communicate product updates, promotions and marketing initiatives to partners.
• Share ideas for platform improvements with the Business Development team.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in partner retention.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar partner or client‑facing role.
• Fluent Mongolian speaker with excellent oral and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Target‑oriented, resourceful and able to work autonomously under pressure.
