Partner Relationship Manager

About the role

The Partner Relationship Manager will drive the acquisition, onboarding and growth of strategic partners, ensuring they achieve their business objectives while aligning with our compliance and brand standards. This role serves as the main point of contact for partners and collaborates closely with internal teams to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard new partners, while nurturing existing relationships.
• Act as the primary liaison for partners, promptly addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Ensure partner activities comply with business, regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Work with marketing, events and other internal teams to design and execute market development strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events such as expos, conventions, training sessions and seminars, with occasional short‑term travel.
• Provide strategic insights and support to retain partners and help them reach higher performance levels.
• Meet and exceed KPIs set by management, focusing on business growth and target achievement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, partnership or business development, preferably within financial services.
• Proven success in international markets and a track record of proactive sales and business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across retail and institutional client segments.
• Leadership ability with a holistic business‑development vision.
• High integrity, dependability and capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑language global environment.
• Team‑player mindset with the ability to build consensus across functions.
• Fluency in English and Mongolian; additional languages are a plus.
