Business Process Manager

About the role

The Business Process Manager will work on‑site in Ulaanbaatar, focusing on improving operational performance across Mandal’s insurance, investment and asset‑management divisions. You will analyse current workflows, identify inefficiencies and design streamlined processes that support the company’s strategic goals and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and gather performance data.
• Document workflows and develop standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate implementation of process changes with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators and produce regular reports for management.
• Ensure new processes align with regulatory requirements, company strategy and customer experience objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, management or a related field.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, asset management or investment banking.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English and Mongolian.
• Ability to work on‑site, collaborate across teams and manage multiple initiatives.
