Audit Associate – Assurance Team

About the role

PwC Mongolia is seeking a detail‑oriented Audit Associate to join its Assurance team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about accounting, finance, and helping clients achieve compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing audit procedures for client engagements under senior supervision.
• Perform substantive testing of financial‑statement line items and internal controls.
• Document audit findings and prepare working papers following PwC methodology.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality audit outcomes.
• Participate in client meetings and gain exposure to various industries.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mongolian.
• Relevant internship or work experience is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
