Human Resources Manager

About the role

Premier Group, a leading luxury retail group in Mongolia, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to independently run the full HR function for its Premier Galleria store, reporting directly to the Group CHRO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, internal labor regulations and procedures in line with Mongolian Labor Law.
• Design KPIs for every role and manage the complete performance evaluation cycle, including probation reviews.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for store teams and office staff.
• Manage employee relations, discipline and grievances.
• Prepare employment contracts, director’s orders and maintain HR records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, shift schedules, leave and social insurance with Finance.
• Reduce frontline turnover and build a strong service culture.
• Report monthly HR metrics to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years managing HR independently.
• Proven ability to draft HR policies, design KPI frameworks, run performance reviews and manage full‑cycle recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of Mongolian Labor Law.
• Experience in luxury retail, fashion or hospitality is a strong plus.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
