Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software for short‑term rental operators. You will work closely with founders, designers and operators to identify high‑impact features, build them end‑to‑end and iterate based on user feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, identify friction points and define which problems to solve.
• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features from prototype through testing and deployment.
• Create intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex short‑term rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Develop AI‑powered features using LLMs and AI agents for guest communication and pricing decisions.
• Implement reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Measure product impact using customer feedback and usage data, and continuously improve performance and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Ability to work directly with customers, designers and founders to turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions.
• Product mindset with curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
• Self‑directed, able to own outcomes and iterate quickly.
