Project Coordinator – Faith & Development (Maternity Cover)

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the Faith & Development Project in Ulaanbaatar on a maternity‑cover basis. You will work closely with local government units, community organisations and faith‑based partners to improve child well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and monitoring of project activities with government, NGOs, faith‑based groups and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate consultative planning, reflection and feedback sessions with partners and beneficiaries.
• Implement approaches such as Child Protection, Channels of Hope, Home Visitor, Celebrating Families and Empowering World View.
• Manage project budgets in line with donor (WVUS) requirements and ensure timely, compliant expenditures.
• Maintain program accountability, sustainability and community engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit accurate project documentation, monthly and quarterly reports, monitoring checklists and indicator tracking tables.
• Develop and execute the project Visibility Plan according to US donor requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance and provide data for technical program reporting.
• Support grant proposal development and donor visibility planning.
