Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser will work full-time on-site in Ulaanbaatar, creating and maintaining in-store and window displays that follow brand guidelines and boost the customer experience. The role bridges creative design with retail operations, ensuring visual concepts support sales and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and install visual displays for storefronts and interior retail spaces.
• Style mannequins, arrange product presentations and keep visual standards consistent.
• Collaborate with store management, sales teams and brand representatives to align visuals with marketing strategies and seasonal collections.
• Monitor customer flow and feedback, adjusting displays to improve engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all visual materials and ensure timely updates for new campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Retail and sales knowledge to understand product placement and revenue impact.
• Experience designing window displays and in-store visual concepts.
• Excellent visual design sense with attention to colour, layout and styling principles.
• Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Background in fashion or luxury retail, visual merchandising, design, fashion or marketing is highly beneficial.
