Training Specialist

About the role

Premier Group is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate learning programs for its customer‑facing teams. The role focuses on aligning training with international brand standards while adapting content to local business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify organizational learning and development needs and develop annual and quarterly training plans.
• Deliver training on product knowledge, service excellence and sales skills using international brand materials.
• Adapt global brand training content to the company’s business needs and service environment.
• Plan and coordinate new‑hire orientation and on‑the‑job training programs.
• Develop training programs, learning content, presentations, manuals and other training materials.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑training assessments and consolidate training results.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and employee skill development, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers, consultants and training providers.
• Work closely with other departments, business units and store teams to ensure effective training implementation.
• Complete assigned responsibilities within agreed timelines and to a high standard.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Sales, Customer Service or a related area.
• Strong ability to identify training needs and develop training programs and learning materials.
• Confident public speaking and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, accountable and results‑oriented.
• Strong planning, organization, execution and reporting skills.
• Upper‑intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to create presentations and digital learning materials.
