About the role

The Training Manager will support the bank’s strategic objectives by continuously enhancing employee skills, knowledge and experience. This role is responsible for designing, delivering and coordinating training and development programmes across all units of the bank, fostering a strong organisational culture aligned with international best practices.

• Implement and manage learning and development activities in collaboration with all bank departments.
