Strategic Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to support the implementation of our strategic objectives. The role will lead investment portfolio management, long‑term financial planning and drive value‑creation initiatives across the business. This position offers a clear path toward senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the management of the company’s investment portfolio and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long‑term financial plans, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct business valuation and support M&A transactions, including due‑diligence activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial efficiency and drive growth.
• Mentor and manage a finance team, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, investment, strategic planning or M&A.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication abilities.
