Store Director – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Store Director will lead the flagship luxury retail store, responsible for delivering commercial excellence, operational consistency and world‑class customer experiences. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and shapes the strategic direction of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall commercial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, P&L management and achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies based on market trends, customer insights and business data.
• Lead all store operations to ensure adherence to international luxury retail standards, brand guidelines and service excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, efficiency and service quality across all customer touchpoints.
• Build, inspire and develop a high‑performing team of department managers, supervisors and sales staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Monitor performance metrics, coach managers and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven track record of driving business growth and leading large, complex retail organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets and KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high‑performing teams and promote a culture of service excellence.
• Passion for luxury retail, customer experience and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyse sales data, market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
