Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the launch of the SPAR Mongolia project and boost marketing performance across our existing Naran Mart store network. This hands‑on position will involve building marketing initiatives from scratch, translating market insights into measurable results, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing plan for the SPAR Mongolia project and existing Naran Mart stores.
• Support market entry and brand development for SPAR in Mongolia, including new store openings.
• Plan and execute customer‑focused campaigns, seasonal promotions, and sales‑driving activities.
• Conduct customer, competitor and market research and turn findings into actionable actions.
• Define target customer groups, shopping occasions and support brand positioning.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Operations and Category Management to align marketing with sales priorities.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor key performance indicators and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, content and other communication channels.
• Work with external agencies, media partners and ensure consistent brand implementation across stores.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or food‑related businesses.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans, new store openings or brand launches.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of English for regular interaction with international partners.
