Parts & Service Training Coordinator

About the role

Sandvik is seeking a Parts & Service Training Coordinator for its UB Head Office. The role will coordinate, track and improve all technical training activities across Parts & Service Mongolia, ensuring safety, visibility and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a Zero Harm culture and ensure all training complies with Sandvik EHS policies and ISO standards.
• Develop and manage a centralized technical training calendar for both office and site‑based teams.
• Coordinate logistics for classroom, practical workshop and onsite training sessions, aligning schedules with operational needs.
• Maintain a technical training tracking system, monitoring attendance, completion rates, certifications and competency progression.
• Produce structured training reports and dashboards for the Parts & Service Manager and Technical Training Manager.
• Support skills‑gap analysis by keeping competency matrices and technical capability records up to date.
• Identify and recommend modern training delivery methods, including digital learning tools and blended approaches.
• Standardise training documentation, templates and reporting formats.

• Ability to act as a link between operations, trainers and management.

Required skills

• Ability to develop blended technical learning approaches and visual technical content.
