Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s promotional activities in Ulaanbaatar. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on creation of visual content to boost our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch and monitor advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including posters, flyers and digital assets.
• Manage video production, editing and distribution for product showcases and social media.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong marketing knowledge with proven experience in the field.
• Creative mindset and the right attitude to drive innovative campaigns.
• Ability to design eye‑catching posters and edit video content.
• Photography skills are a plus.
