Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead Storepay’s marketing team in Ulaanbaatar. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape brand growth, drive user acquisition and support overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, plans and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Lead brand‑awareness, customer‑acquisition and engagement initiatives across multiple channels.
• Manage, mentor and motivate the marketing team to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate insights and optimise ROI.
• Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Oversee content creation, public relations and brand communications.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Operations on product launches and joint campaigns.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing manager or similar role.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing marketing projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in fintech, financial services or technology companies is a plus.
• Proactive, organised and results‑oriented with solid leadership capabilities.
