Leasing Specialist

About the role

The Leasing Specialist will join InvesCore Leasing LLC’s iLease team in Sukhbaatar, managing the complete leasing lifecycle for Mongolian diaspora clients worldwide. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering personalized leasing solutions and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Present leasing options to prospective clients and explain lease terms clearly.
• Guide clients through application, approval, and documentation processes.
• Maintain accurate lease records and coordinate lease renewals.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare lease agreements, and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lease administration.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and client‑retention abilities.
• Experience with lease drafting, review, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple cases.
• Basic understanding of financial or lending concepts; experience in leasing, banking, or real estate is a plus.
• Relevant education in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred.

Required skills
