Investment Analyst / Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Investment Analyst/Associate to join our Ulaanbaatar office. In this full‑time position you will play a key part in analysing investment opportunities and supporting the management of our global macro hedge fund.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and interpret financial statements.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment ideas.
• Support portfolio management decisions by providing data‑driven insights.
• Perform market and macro‑economic research to identify trends.
• Prepare investment reports and strategic plans in collaboration with internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in investments and portfolio management principles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in investment analysis or financial management (preferred).
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site professional environment.
• CFA or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
