Import & Procurement Specialist

About the role

An import and procurement specialist is needed in Ulaanbaatar to place orders for goods and materials with international suppliers, manage purchase orders and coordinate logistics. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Place orders for goods and materials by communicating with international suppliers.
• Create and manage purchase orders in line with inventory replenishment plans.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and payments with the Finance Department and coordinate finance matters.
• Arrange and confirm transportation bookings, and monitor shipment progress.
• Research the market, compare suppliers on price, quality, delivery time and requirements, and recommend the best options.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Relations, International Trade, Sales, Economics or a related field; recent graduates welcome.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work long-term and grow professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
