HR Associate

About the role

The HR Associate supports a range of human resources activities across the organization, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and accurate workforce data. This role works closely with HR teams, shared services, and business partners to deliver timely and compliant HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute defined HR processes such as compensation, benefits, performance management, exit interviews, relocation, and immigration support.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and perform regular data‑entry audits.
• Coordinate internal audit requests and assist with documenting investigations when needed.
• Support staffing and recruiting activities, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and managing new‑hire orientation.
• Partner with shared services to administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Assist in the creation of employment contracts in line with local regulations.
• Help audit compliance with legislative requirements and HR policies.
