About the role

The Property Valuer is responsible for assessing pledged assets, analysing market and legal conditions, establishing benchmark valuations, and evaluating the quality and technology of construction works. The role supports loan operations by providing accurate financial and valuation information.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate pledged assets and determine their market value.
• Conduct research on market price trends and legal environment.
• Set benchmark valuations based on standards.
• Assess construction performance, technology quality, and required financing.
• Provide valuation information to participants in loan processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Business Management, or Economics.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of property valuation methods and standards (both international and Mongolian).
• Understanding of construction standards, technology theory, and practice.
• Familiarity with market economics and financial concepts.
