Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Consultant joins Hunt’s boutique executive search team in Ulaanbaatar, working in a hybrid setting. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for executive and specialist positions across banking, finance, telecommunications, mining and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, interview and present qualified candidates for senior‑level roles.
• Consult with clients to define hiring needs, draft detailed job profiles and advise on market trends.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and assess candidate fit for specific industries.
• Maintain talent pipelines, provide career advisory support to candidates and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal team members, perform regular market research and document search activities accurately.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection and offer management.
• Strong consulting and communication abilities to partner with clients and guide candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
