Senior Accountant – 6-Month Fixed-Term

Premier Group LLC is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and management reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets and other key accounting areas.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Mongolian accounting and tax requirements.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audit and tax‑related processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls and reporting efficiency.
• Work closely with Finance and other business functions to ensure effective financial coordination.
• Provide analytical support and financial insights to management when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a Senior Accountant or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of Mongolian accounting, tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, reconciliation and month‑end closing.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
• Professional integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
