Sales and Product Support Specialist

About the role

Join Epiroc Mongolia as a Sales and Product Support Specialist, acting as the technical bridge between customers and factory teams for underground mining equipment. You will ensure product performance, support commissioning, and drive continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Become the technical expert on product applications and options, linking customers with factory insights.
• Support commissioning and startup of new equipment, produce required reports, and conduct field tests.
• Monitor product performance, generate reports for customers, sales, and service teams, and track battery service regularity.
• Collaborate with sales, parts, service, and rock drilling tools business lines to capture synergies and business opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience with underground mining products or applications.
• Technical mining‑related education or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of underground mining equipment and product application.
• Ability to conduct technical investigations, field testing, and productivity studies.
• Experience tracking and monitoring battery (BEV) services and performance.
