KB Workshop Planner/Admin

About the role

The KB Workshop Planner/Admin joins Epiroc Mongolia's Parts & Service department at the Khanbogd branch, coordinating workshop activities on a 14‑days on/14‑days off roster. The role ensures optimal productivity, quality, and efficiency while aligning operations with customer needs and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed workshop activity plans across daily to annual schedules based on service demand, customer needs, and resource availability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and logistics to guarantee timely availability of spare parts, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee communication and documentation for maintenance planning, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Review work orders and purchase requisitions to confirm resource allocation and compliance.
• Collaborate with Epiroc Mongolia branches, customer sites, and suppliers to coordinate logistics, dispatch, and delivery.
• Utilize SAP or similar maintenance planning systems for scheduling, inventory, and reporting, driving continuous improvement.
• Implement occupational health and safety practices within workshop operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in maintenance or technical service environments is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (intermediate to advanced) for spoken and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
