About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to lead recruitment, drive HR analytics, manage employee benefits, and oversee learning and development across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and selection processes aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop, maintain and analyse HR dashboards and metrics such as turnover, headcount and recruitment pipeline.
- Oversee health, accident and social insurance programs, acting as primary contact for providers.
- Conduct training needs analyses, design and evaluate training programs and development plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Senior HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.

- Advanced Excel
- Power BI
- HRIS systems and data reporting tools
