Executive Sales Representative

About the role

The Executive Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Ulaanbaatar, promoting Unitra’s extensive portfolio of industrial equipment, power products, pumps and tools. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to a diverse range of commercial and industrial customers across Mongolia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and market research.
• Meet with customers, deliver product presentations and prepare accurate quotations.
• Negotiate sales terms, close deals and ensure post‑sale customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate order processing, logistics and after‑sales support with internal teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales records, reports and CRM data.
• Monitor market trends, product updates and competitor activities to drive growth.

Required profile

• Strong sales and account‑management experience, preferably in B2B industrial product sales.
• Ability to quickly learn technical specifications of equipment and power products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Mongolian; English is a plus.
• Proven organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Basic office software competency.
