About the role

The Deputy Director of Health Business will lead the development and execution of both short‑term and long‑term strategies for a health‑focused business unit. This senior position ensures profitability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of health products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor short‑ and long‑term business strategies.
• Increase the profitability of the assigned business unit.
• Oversee daily management of the preventive health center.
• Lead sales, improvement and development activities for health‑related products and services.
• Implement quality and safety monitoring to guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Launch and stabilize new business projects.
• Initiate and execute strategic plans to enhance unit performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in the health or medical business sector.
• At least three years in an executive management role.
• Strong organizational, business analysis and planning capabilities.
• High competence in performance monitoring, leadership and evaluation.
• Ability to analyse data quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
